➜ We recently upheld and enforced our collective bargaining agreement and our administration had to retroactively pay out increment/longevity pay. Prior to us pursuing and enforcing the contract, this had not been paid since 2018.
➜ We negotiated a four percent (4%) salary increase to our base salary. This was in addition to the increases appropriated by the state. In addition, we also negotiated a one time $150 supplemental payment. Lastly, we negotiated the Evergreen MOU which increased the salaries of almost all positions within our bargaining unit.
